Terms of Service & License

The short version: You can print our trackers as many times as you want for personal use. You cannot resell, redistribute, or use them commercially without a license. That's it.

1. Personal Use License

When you purchase a digital tracker from Adorable Accountability, you receive a personal use license. This means you may:

  • Print unlimited copies for your own personal use
  • Print copies for immediate family members living in your household
  • Use copies as a digital file on your own devices
  • Print as gifts for friends (non-commercial)

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others
  • Upload the files to any sharing platform, Etsy shop, or similar service
  • Use the designs commercially (in a business, clinic, or classroom) without a commercial license
  • Modify and resell the designs as your own

3. Commercial & Classroom License

If you are a therapist, coach, teacher, or business owner who wants to use our trackers with clients or students, please contact us for a commercial license: hello@adorableaccountability.com

Classroom packs (30 prints + site license) start at $49.99.

4. Digital Products — No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on downloadable files once delivered. However, if your file is corrupted, unreadable, or not as described, we will replace it immediately. Contact us and we will make it right.

5. Physical Products

Physical trackers are printed on premium cardstock and shipped in rigid mailers. If your order arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement.

6. Monthly Design Drop Membership

  • Memberships are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy
  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
  • Access to member-only content ends at the end of your current billing period upon cancellation
  • Founding member perks (Legacy Gold Mochi sticker, 50% off first month) are applied once and are non-transferable

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, characters (including Mochi), and content on adorableaccountability.com are the intellectual property of Adorable Accountability. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
