Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your tracker. Here's how we handle issues:

  • Physical order arrived damaged or bent? We'll send a free replacement. Just email us a photo.
  • Wrong item received? We'll reship the correct item immediately.
  • Lost in transit? If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 14 days and we'll resolve it.
  • Digital products: We do not offer refunds on delivered digital files, but if your file is corrupted or not as described, we'll replace it immediately.

Personalized Orders

Personalized trackers (with your name, habit, and theme) are created specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, if we made an error in your customization, we'll redo it at no charge.
